The Axitare medicine dispenser and dispensing service support safe medication management and independent living at home. With integrated video calling, the dispenser is suitable for a wide range of clients, including those who need extra support with their medication. During a video call or remote visit, the nurse can check in with the client and assess their wellbeing.
Medicine dispensing follows the same process as independent medication intake. The nurse releases the prescribed dose, which is dispensed in a familiar, easy-to-use medicine cup. Thanks to a rotatable and zoomable camera, the nurse can observe the situation clearly and accurately. The integration of remote care into the medicine dispenser was developed in response to requests from home care professionals. A large screen helps bring the nurse closer to the client.

A remote care visit can be conducted simultaneously, and the client’s functional capacity and wellbeing can be assessed.
